Traditional Dairy Products

Dairy products are generally defined as foods produced from cow's milk. They are usually high-energy-yielding food products. A production plant for such processing is called a dairy or a dairy factory. Raw milk for processing mostly comes from cows and occasionally from other mammals such as goats or sheep. Dairy products are commonly found in the European and Middle Eastern cuisine

Milk is an ideal food not only for young ones but also for the aged and convalescents alike. It is rich in carbohydrates primarily lactose, protein, mainly casein and fat. Further minerals like calcium, phosphorous, sodium, potassium and magnesium are present in appreciable quantities.

Our Cheese products are produced by coagulating milk, separating from whey and letting it ripen, generally with bacteria and sometimes also with certain moulds.
